My Story
I didn't just study project management. I lived it.
For over 20 years, I served as a Client Transition Manager inside one of the most demanding environments in global finance. My job was to take the most complex client onboarding scenarios imaginable and make them work. On time. On scope. With hundreds of stakeholders, competing priorities, and zero margin for error.
I coordinated implementations for Fortune 500 corporations, government agencies, and institutional clients. I built the frameworks, ran the war rooms, managed the escalations, and delivered the results. I earned my PMP certification — not to add letters after my name, but because I believed in the discipline.
What makes my perspective different is that I've lived both sides. As a Treasury Manager, I was the client — navigating complex implementations, managing vendor relationships, and feeling the frustration of disorganized processes firsthand. As a VP-level Transition Consultant, I was the one delivering them.
So I built The Savvy PM Architect to change that. To bring Fortune 500 discipline to businesses that deserve it — without the Fortune 500 overhead.
